Oabona Kgengwenyane is a self-made entrepreneur and founder of five companies across Africa, including Innolead Consulting, Botswana's largest homegrown consultancy. Formerly a manager at Debswana Mining, he left corporate in 1999 to pursue transformative innovation.
Under his leadership, Innolead has expanded to Zambia, Uganda, Angola, and Rwanda, offering strategic, digital, and project management solutions to industries like mining, banking, tech, and government.
He also runs Manenzo Farming, exporting premium beef globally, and drives innovation through ventures in technology, R&D, and exponential growth.
A Senior Fellow at The Digital Economist and international speaker, Oabona has spoken across Africa and Japan, sharing platforms with legends like Stephen Covey. He hosts the Growth Well Podcast, focusing on personal and business development.
